I've been looking for over twenty years for this footage since I got a copy of the soundtrack, with color back cover photo of these crazy helmeted combatants, around 1984.
It has never been released on video or dvd so, who knows how, apparently someone has a black and white print somehow. My guess is it shows up on TV occasionally in France.
